We have access to HIU plug in/m-comms software for Caleffi Heat Interface Units, Evinox HIUs, Switch2, Intactec Smart Heat Interface Units and many more. The plug in software for these Heat Interface Units are a paramount asset required during breakdown, repair and commissioning of these intelligent HIUs.
HIU COMMISSIONING PROCEDURE.
- Inspect the Heat Interface units for signs of leaks or water damage.
- Verify manual bypass valves are closed.
- Inspect and clean primary & secondary strainers.
- Ensure the pipes connecting the HIU are secure.
- Verify the HIU's software, and update if required.
- Primary flow, Primary return and Delta T analysis.
- Secondary flow, secondary return analysis.
- Flow rate analysis (m/3h or l/h).
- Verify heating & dhw temperatures as per the manufacturers requirements.
- Heat meter analysis.
- KPa analysis.
