About Your Free Service

We're conducting a system maintenance project across Parkhouse Court on behalf of Block Management. Your HIU service is free of charge and will help ensure consistent hot water supply throughout the site. The service takes approximately 45 minutes.

Before Our Visit - Please Ensure:

• Clear access to your HIU cupboard (remove any stored items blocking access to the unit)

• Someone over 18 will be present during the appointment

• Any pets are secured safely
